Fishing Waders with Cell Phone Protection
When fishing, we often need to work in the water. When there are messages on the phone, we cannot reply in time. Our R&D team has designed a waist waders stocking foot with a mobile phone protective cover, which can well hide the mobile phone in the chest area and wrap it with a waterproof cover to avoid water immersion, while also allowing the phone to be operated at any time.
Highly Reflective Raincoat for Night
This is a raincoat with reflective strips on the back specially customized for a British customer. They required a high-brightness reflective strip and a triangular warning sign on the back, so we designed this raincoat for the customer, with a brim, which can provide good protection even in heavy rain.
High Visibility Raincoat Production Process
High-strength polyester fiber (PET) or nylon base fabric is used, and the base fabric is pre-shrunk to avoid shrinkage and deformation during subsequent processing. The surface of the reflective material is clean and oil-free to ensure fit.
Fix the reflective strip at the predetermined position of the base fabric, evenly apply a waterproof coating agent on the back of the base fabric to form a waterproof layer, and solidify it through high-temperature drying (about 120-150°C) to improve the waterproof performance.
The three-dimensional cutting pattern is designed according to ergonomics to ensure freedom of movement, while leaving space for reflective strips, pockets, zippers and other components. The CNC cutting bed is used to accurately cut the fabric according to the pattern drawing.
Supplementary sewing of reflective tape ensures 360° visibility; sewing of ventilation windows, storage pockets, fluorescent lining, etc., takes into account both practicality and safety. Tests on reflective performance, waterproof performance, tensile strength, etc. are carried out.
Safety Raincoat Manufacturing Materials
The following five types of materials are the raw materials we commonly use to make raincoats (except natural fibers). They each have their own advantages and disadvantages. The most common ones are plastics, which are commonly used in disposable raincoats, and chemical fiber raincoats have a wider range of uses.
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Coated Fabric
Features: low cost, strong waterproofness, but poor air permeability, often used in economical raincoats.
Application: outer main fabric, continuous waterproof membrane formed by coating process.
Polyurethane (PU) Coated Fabric
Features: light weight, good flexibility, both waterproof and certain air permeability, environmentally friendly PU (solvent-free) is more in line with modern standards.
Application: the outer layer of mid-to-high-end raincoats, often used in combination with polyester fiber (polyester) or nylon fabrics.
Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film
Polyester Fiber (polyester)/Nylon fabric
Features: high strength, wear resistance, as the base fabric to carry coating or film, improve overall durability.
Application: Outer or interlayer base fabric, commonly found in Oxford cloth, Taslon and other fabrics.
